The Terms of Sale below are a placeholder and will be replaced by the final, market-specific terms drafted by counsel once the operating company is registered and the product is cleared for sale in each market.
Once STEMOVA begins selling, these Terms of Sale will cover, at minimum:
- The legal entity selling the product and how to contact it.
- Ordering, payment, pricing, and applicable taxes per market.
- Shipping, delivery, risk transfer, and customs/duties.
- Cancellation and refund rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU / UK (with the hygiene exception for opened cosmetic products).
- Product information, safety warnings, and the recommendation to patch test.
- Limitation of liability and the consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
- Intellectual property and acceptable use of the website.
- The governing law and competent courts for each market.
