STEMOVA
About STEMOVA

One product, chosen carefully.

STEMOVA is an independent skincare brand based in Ticino, Switzerland, built with a small group of independent specialists. It launches in early 2027 with a single product, a fragrance free and alcohol free moisturiser formulated for sensitive skin. The product is made by a manufacturing partner in the European Union, in a facility certified to ISO 22716 cosmetic good manufacturing practice.

Founder story

I have always been careful about what goes into my body. I read labels. I check what things are made of. I would rather cook something myself than eat something I cannot identify.

Then one day I looked at the jar I had been putting on my face twice a day, every day, for years, and realised I could not read it. I did not know what half of it was. I could not tell which parts were doing something and which were there to make the label look full.

That bothered me more than it should have. Skin is not separate from the rest of you. It is the largest thing you own and the only thing you wear every day.

So I went looking for a product I could actually understand. Not the one with the longest list of actives or the loudest promise. One where I could read every line and know why it was there, and be comfortable using it for ten years rather than ten weeks.

I could not find it, so I decided to build one.

How the product was chosen

Four formulations. One selected.

Four formulations were reviewed by an independent licensed pharmacist before one was selected. He verified the manufacturer's certification directly with the certifying body rather than accepting a copy from the supplier.

Three of the four had something unresolved. The one chosen is the plainest of them, with no fragrance, no alcohol, and one clear job.

What we will not do

The lines we hold.

We will not make claims we cannot evidence. We will not describe the product as treating or curing anything, because it is a cosmetic and not a medicine.

We will not publish an ingredient list or any concentration until the formulation and safety assessment are final. We will not launch the product if its final testing does not come back the way it should.

What we are learning

One question for you. After you join the waitlist we will ask you one thing: what has your skin reacted to before? The answers shape what we make next.

Where things stand. Trade mark application filed 6 August 2026. Final testing under way this autumn. Company formation, insurance in force, and launch in early 2027, in that order.
