30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). For hygiene reasons, opened serums cannot be returned — but if your product arrived damaged, defective, or you experienced a genuine reaction, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@stemova.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and pre-paid courier label (PH only).
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at any J&T or LBC branch.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

Snap a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no return required.

Non-returnable

  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items purchased from unauthorised resellers
