Effective at launch — not yet selling. STEMOVA is currently a pre-launch waitlist. No orders or shipments are accepted at this time. The final Refund Policy will be published the day the store opens and will respect each market's consumer law.
Once STEMOVA begins selling, the Refund Policy will include, at minimum:
- For consumers in the EU and UK: a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- A clearly stated hygiene exception for sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery and are no longer suitable for return for health-protection reasons.
- Returns accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered — reported within a reasonable window of delivery with photo evidence.
- A clear refund process and timeframe, refunded to the original payment method.
- Statutory rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Skin reactions
We will always recommend a patch test before first use, and we will always offer to discuss adverse reactions with a customer. If you experience irritation, redness, or discomfort from any product, stop using it and contact us at support@stemova.shop.
