STEMOVA will ship worldwide with fully tracked, insured carriers. Every parcel will leave in tamper-evident packaging designed to keep the formula stable in transit.
Country availability at launch will depend on cosmetic-product notification and any required local representation in each market.
Wherever possible, taxes and duties will be calculated transparently at checkout. Where orders are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are determined by the destination country and may be the recipient's responsibility. We will always declare every parcel honestly at its retail value.
Every order will be sent with a tracking number. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, email support@stemova.shop with your order number.
